Hebert Expeditions LLC offers retail travel services to clients, which are provided by separate and independent suppliers and vendors of travel services (including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, lodges, tour operators, ground transportation providers, and other service providers). Hebert Expeditions LLC does not own, operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of these independent travel vendors.

The client understands and agrees that Hebert Expeditions LLC acts solely as an independent agent on the client’s behalf to arrange and coordinate transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, tours, and other travel‑related services and privileges. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers, including their cancellation, change, refund, and liability policies.

It is expressly understood that Hebert Expeditions LLC shall not be responsible or liable for:

- Any loss, accident, injury, illness, death, delay, defect, omission, or irregularity that may occur in connection with any travel services.

- Any acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or defaults of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements.

- Any issues arising from weather, natural events, government actions, civil disturbances, war, terrorism, labor disputes, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our control.

The client acknowledges that travel—especially safari, adventure, and international travel—may involve certain risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to wild animals, outdoor activities, remote locations, local customs, and varying standards of safety. The client assumes all such risks and is responsible for reviewing and complying with all supplier instructions, local laws, and destination‑specific advisories.

The client is responsible for:

- Providing accurate personal and passport information for all travelers.

- Ensuring that passports, visas, and other required travel documents are valid and obtained in a timely manner.

- Reviewing all itineraries, confirmations, and supplier terms provided by Hebert Expeditions LLC.

- Purchasing appropriate travel insurance, including coverage for medical, evacuation, cancellation, and interruption, as desired.

Hebert Expeditions LLC strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable provider. Failure to purchase travel insurance may result in financial loss for which Hebert Expeditions LLC will not be liable.
